28 Plays Later: Challenge 14 (Jibber Jabber)

My apologies for the lateness of posting this. Yesterday we were tasked with writing a play that only made sense to us! So, not really sure that this will mean anything to anybody but the spirit of sharing, here it is:

Jibber-Jabber

Samantha Frost

14th February

1

It’s a big rock, can’t wait to tell my friends they don’t have a rock this big.

2

Hahahahahahahahahaha. Thrush.

3

A lady!

4

What did you do ray?

3

There’s a girl in the garden!

2

Am I the only one who’s zen around here? Good lord!

4

You couldn’t be more wrong.

1

Two hits, me hitting you, you hitting the floor.

3

That really is saying something.

2

Death is just another path, one that we all must take. The grey rain-curtain of this world rolls back, and all turns to silver glass, and then you see it. White shores, and beyond, a far green country under a swift sunrise.

3

No?

4

I was just hoping I wouldn’t burn to death

2

Sensation is the only proof we exist, that is why we crave it

1

He’s gone mad hasn’t he

2

Suck a lemon

3

How rude!

1.

We mustn’t fall apart.

3

Hey! I just remembered there’s Jaffa cakes in my coat pocket!

End.
